At LifeLearn, we’ve found that while there is plenty of data about veterinary medical care and treatment, there is very little research on other pivotal areas that can have a tremendous impact on the success and profitability of the practice, the productivity of their practice team, and practices’ ability to attract, retain and develop effective relationships with pet owners. That’s why we’ve developed the ECO survey to benchmark the current state and opportunity around these important issues and opportunities.
