Patient Experience Survey - Laboratory Department

Purpose of the Survey
Central Health is committed to providing quality care to patients and their families. Central Health is a Person- and Family-centered Care organization, which means working together with patients, families, health care providers staff and volunteers to provide respectful, compassionate, quality and safe care. This survey asks about your recent experience in the Laboratory Department.  This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback.  The results will be shared anonymously with health care providers and the health region to improve the quality of services.
