OCFP Consultation on CPSO’s Draft Continuity of Care Policy

OCFP Consultation on CPSO's Draft Continuity of Care Policy

The OCFP wants to hear from you – our family physicians members – about the CPSO’s draft Continuity of Care Policy, consisting of draft policies in the following four areas: 1) availability and coverage, 2) managing tests (this is a revision to a current policy), 3) transitions in care, and 4) walk-in clinics.

Given the anticipated impact on your day-to-day practice, your feedback on any of the content in these policies will be used to shape the OCFP’s organizational response, from a family physician perspective, to the draft Continuity of Care Policy.

Please read our Consultation Guide for more detail about the policies and their potential impact. You can also go directly to the CPSO site, where each draft policy can be found here, along with a ‘primer’ document on each policy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
