Project Overview
The City of Kamloops is in the initial stages of developing a Recreation Master Plan. This important planning document will help guide the delivery of recreation services in the City and provide refreshed priorities for investment into facilities and programming.
Engagement is a key aspect of the project to ensure that the Master Plan reflects community perspectives. The information collected through the engagement will help the project team:
- Assess the current state of recreation in the city;
- Identify trends and resident demands for facilities and programs; and
- (along with other research and analysis), help the project team identify priorities and focus area.
