As a result of the Old Fort Landslide, the Peace River Regional District (PRRD) facilitated the activation of Emergency Support Services (ESS) for the Old Fort residents, activated the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), and declared a State of Local Emergency to the Province of British Columbia. The purpose of this survey is to give the Old Fort residents the opportunity to provide feedback to the PRRD regarding the ESS that you received, and your experience communicating with and receiving communication from the PRRD EOC.  The information collected from this survey will be reviewed and considered for future needs and planning.
