ICIP Application - EOI

Expression of Interest Application: Important Tips

Investing in Canada Infrastructure Plan – Expression of Interest

The Government of Saskatchewan is implementing a two-stage intake process for infrastructure projects from eligible recipients under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program known as ICIP.  This two-stage process begins with an Expression of Interest or EOI. This initial step involving EOIs will help the provincial government better understand overall infrastructure priorities and funding demands across Saskatchewan for improved long-term planning.

Eligible recipients should submit EOIs for priority infrastructure projects that can be started in the next five years between 2019 and 2024.  There is no limit on the number of EOIs that you can submit. However, you must submit a separate EOI for each project and you will be asked to prioritize your project submissions. Your EOI submission will be considered in the rating and assessment of the stage 2 full, more detailed ICIP application intake.

EOIs will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. CST on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

For more information, including a step-by-step a guide to help you submit your EOI online, visit: www.saskatchewan.ca/ICIP

If you have any questions, please contact the Ministry of Government Relations’ Municipal Infrastructure and Finance Branch at: infra@gov.sk.ca or 306-787-1262.

Important Tips As You Begin
  • You must click the submit button at the end of the EOI Application and proceed to the final page indicating your EOI has been submitted.  Unfinished or partial EOI submissions will not be accepted.
  • If you need to, the EOI application can save your responses and send you a link to come back later.  You will find this option in the top right hand corner of every EOI application page. The email will be sent from Survey Gizmo and if it doesn't make it to your inbox, check your junk email folder or spam filter.
  • To go back to previous pages in the survey, USE THE EOI APPLICATION'S “BACK” BUTTON rather than the BROWSER’S “BACK” BUTTON. If you use your BROWSER’S “BACK” BUTTON, you may be kicked out of the EOI application and lose all data you’ve entered.  If this happens, try using the refresh data option in your web browser navigation bar.
