Amusement rides and devices proposed regulatory changes

The purpose of this survey is to collect input from amusement ride and device owners and operators that are likely to have an interest in the proposed amusement rides ad devices regulatory changes. 

This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous and no information disclosed in this survey will be used for legal or enforcement actions.
