PRIVACY STATEMENT

Purposes of the survey
The developers of this workshop have devised the following questionnaire for quality improvement purposes and to ensure the content is meeting the need of the attendees. Feedback is essential to ensuring we keep the content relevant to the audience.

Collection and use of survey responses
Your survey responses will be de-identified at the time of collection and aggregated for analysis. We only collect the information essential to helping us get a sense of the audiences using our product, as well as enabling us to view the results by workshop/presenter. Survey responses will not be used for any other purpose.

Access
The only persons who have access to survey software where the results are collected are staff of the Royal College, where we are committed to your privacy.

Disclosure of survey results to third parties
Please note that workshop facilitators may be granted with a copy of the survey results in aggregate format from their session upon request.

Disclosure and retention
Survey responses are collected via a third party survey site (Survey Gizmo), and will be promptly downloaded to our internal server for analysis and removed from the Survey Gizmo server.
