Community Child Care Needs Assessment and Action Plan Project - Family Survey

Introduction

This survey is intended for parents and guardians of children under 12 who live or access child care services in Saanich, Oak Bay, Highlands, Central Saanich, Sidney, North Saanich, or within the Malahat, Pauquachin, Songhees, Tsartlip, Tsawout, or Tseycum First Nations.  Results will be used to inform a Child Care Action Plan being developed for participating municipalities.

Respondents who complete the survey will be given an opportunity to choose an organization that they would like to support. That organization will be entered into a draw for one of three donation prizes of $100 each.

The information you share through this survey will help us understand the child care needs of families in the region, and inform an action plan to address those needs.  The information collected is authorized under section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Local governments initiating in this survey will not collect, use or disclose personal information using Survey Gizmo.  Please be aware however that IP addresses are collected by Survey Gizmo (Canada) through the online survey tool,.
