Note: For Master Awards, the nominee must be a CRA member aged 65 or older by December 31, 2020. To confirm a possible nominee’s eligibility, please contact Mona Bosinceanu at mbosinceanu@rheum.ca.

2. A nomination can be submitted for consideration for two years. In order to re-submit a nomination, this online form is to be completed by either the nominator or seconder (providing both the nominator and seconder agree to re-submit).
